3 GOLDEN APPLES
2 TBSP BUTTER
1/4 CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP CRUSHED HARD CARAMEL CANDIES
FOR THE CRUMBLE
1/2 CUP FLOUR
3 TBSP BUTTER
3 TBSP SUGAR
Prepare the crumble by mixing together the butter, sugar and flour delicately with your fingers until you obtain a sandy texture. Refrigerate.
Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Peel, core, and cube the apples. In a pan, brown the apples in the butter and sugar for approximately 10 minutes. Set aside.
Butter the Crumple cups and place cooked apples at the bottom of each one. Add half of the caramel slivers, and then cover with the crumble mixture.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until golden.
Sprinkle with the rest of the caramel slivers and cool.
