1 chopped onion
100g (0.2lb) minced meat
25 cl (8oz) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
200g (7oz) cooked rice
1 mozzarella ball
1L Oil
50g (0.1lb) flour
3 eggs
200g (0.4lb) Breadcrumbs 


In a saucepan sauté the onion with minced meat over low heat for 5 min. Then add tomato sauce and tomato paste, salt and pepper. Cook again for 15 minutes over low heat. Once cooked, add the rice in the sauce and mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut small squares of mozzarella and insert into the small rice balls previously prepared in the snail mold by REVOL. Each ball is then immersed in the flour, then the egg then the bread crumbs and fry at 350F for 5 minutes. Arrange your arancini again on the snail dish and fill a few compartments with basil tomato sauces. Enjoy your meal !
