2 oz comté cheese
1∕3 cup crème fraîche
1 pinch nutmeg
1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
2 tsp butter
salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 150°C / 300°F.
Grate the cheese and mix it with the crème and the eggs.
Salt and pepper, and add the nutmeg.
Pour in the milk, and stir.
Butter the Crumple cups and fill them with the batter.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
