To make your snowballs you will need:
• Glaze (1 ¼ cup of icing sugar, 1 egg white)
• Powdered coconut
Mix in a bowl the icing sugar with the egg white. Pour powdered coconut into a shallow dish. Roll your marshmallows in the frosting and then in the coconut. Place them on parchment paper and let them dry. You can also put the marshmallow balls 1h in the refrigerator to speed up the process. The glazing dries quickly so use it fast; you can cover the bowl with a humid table cloth while you are preparing everything else.
