Madeleines pops


190g melted butter
5 large eggs
210g sugar
225g flour
6.5 dry yeast
1c/c vanilla powder or concentrate
Alimentary colorants


Preheat the oven to 180°C

Butter and flour the madeleine mould.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour and the yeast and mix to blend. Add the melted butter into the mixture and combine evenlyl using a wooden spatula.

Divide the mix into 3 equal parts and place it into smaller bowls. Color each paste as you like. Fill the Naturels mould with the help of a piping bag or a spoon, making sure no to overflow (fill about ¾ full).
Bake the madeleines for 6 or 8 minutes.
Take the madeleines out of the mould when still warm.
