Molten Chocolate cake


3.5Oz Bittersweet Chocolate VALRHONA
3.17Oz Unsalted butter
2/3 Cup White granulated Sugar
3 eggs
1/3 Cup Flour


For 5 CUPS :
- Place chopped bittersweet chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on low power until the butter has melted and the chocolate is soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Check and stir often to avoid burning the chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- In a different bowl, whisk eggs with sugar until smooth.
-Add your butter and chocolate mixture to the eggs and incorporate flour. Stir together.
-Pour into the crumpled cups. Fill only half of each cup.
- Bake in the microwave for 45 seconds : 360 w

You can also freeze your preparation and cook later. From the microwave to the freezer it takes 1min and 30 seconds.
