1¾ cup water
1 cup Old Fashioned oats
2 tbsp cream
½ peach, diced
2-3 tbsp turbinado sugar
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the oats and cook for 5 minutes, or until desired texture.
Remove from heat separate between two serving dishes, and mix with cream and peaches.
Allow to cool slightly before topping with sugar.
Use a kitchen torch to heat the sugar until golden and bubbly.
If you don't have a kitchen torch, you can also place the ramekins on a baking sheet and place until the broiler. Broil until the sugar is golden brown and bubbly and completely melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving.
