1 plain yogurt
2 yogurt pots of sugar
3 yogurt pots of flour
11g baking powder
¾ yogurt pot of sunflower or canola oil
2 t/s of rose water (or other aroma of your choice or lemon juice)
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grease the inside of the tart mould with soft butter and dust with plain flour.
Toss the yogurt in a bowl.
Save the yogurt jar, wash it and dry it. Then use it as a measuring cup for the other ingredients. Add the sugar to the bowl and whisk. Incorporate the eggs and continue whisking until creamy.
Pour in the flour and the baking powder and mix well, finally incorporate the aroma and the oil and mix.
Pour the mixture in the mould and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.
