45 cl bowl for starters, side dishes, salads, desserts and individual portions. Its enclosed shape concentrates volume, retains heat and highlights contrasts in texture.

The soft, luminous almond green interior glaze contrasts with the raw ochre ceramic exterior. This ochre ceramic body, a secret and exclusive Revol formulation, contains 25% grog made from fired Revol porcelain that is ground and recycled, enhancing mechanical strength while revealing a distinctive mineral texture. Suitable for professional ovens, salamanders, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers, it meets the demands of intensive use.

A version with either a glazed or raw ochre lid complements this 45 cl bowl. It can be used as an individual cocotte, keeping the dish at temperature while creating a reveal effect at the table.
