Made in France

Specifically designed to fit into the standard-sized buffet trays of hotels and restaurants, the Gastro Hôtel collection of containers ensures perfect hygiene for culinary preparations. The only material that guarantees perfectly healthy cooking, free from any transfer of harmful substances, ceramic also provides ideal temperature maintenance. With their reinforced, rounded edges, the dishes in the range are very easy to handle and perfectly stackable for storage.

Now made from black ceramic tinted throughout, the GN dishes take on a new dimension and enhance culinary preparations during service. The exceptional hardness of the material, its perfect sealing, as well as its thermal properties, make it a durable, hygienic, easy-to-clean, and high-performing support, the ideal partner for demanding and intensive catering.

Our porcelain is produced in the Drôme, using raw materials that are rigorously selected, 75% from France and 25% from the EU. It is a healthy, natural, non-porous material, resistant to thermal and mechanical shocks, and retains heat. It is fired at 1320°C in our kilns, preserving the flavor of food after cooking in your ovens.
