21.5 cm gourmet plate, 80 cl capacity, ideal for centering a gastronomic creation, serving a dish with sauce or creating plays on volume. Its deep well draws the eye toward the ingredients.

The warm, deep mocha brown interior glaze contrasts with the raw ochre ceramic exterior. This ochre ceramic body, a secret and exclusive Revol formulation, contains 25% grog made from fired Revol porcelain that is ground and recycled, enhancing mechanical strength while revealing a distinctive mineral texture. Suitable for professional ovens, salamanders, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers, it meets the demands of intensive use.

To create the Contre-Jour bento, it pairs with the flared deep plate and the 21 cm flat plate in the same color. Its enclosed shape stabilizes the set and protects the presentation during room service.
