The warm, deep mocha brown interior glaze contrasts with the raw ochre ceramic exterior. This ochre ceramic body, a secret and exclusive Revol formulation, contains 25% grog made from fired Revol porcelain that is ground and recycled, enhancing mechanical strength while revealing a distinctive mineral texture. Suitable for professional ovens, salamanders, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers, it meets the demands of intensive use.

The clean profile and slightly raised rim reflect the codes of contemporary plating, with a functional surface designed for professional foodservice.
