Chosen in the same finish as the flared deep plate and gourmet plate, the white porcelain combines a raw exterior with an alabaster-white glazed interior. This matte-gloss contrast highlights the lines of the piece, while the non-porous material retains the performance expected in professional kitchens. Suitable for professional ovens, salamanders, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers, it meets the demands of intensive use.

Used in the same color as the flared deep plate and gourmet plate, it serves as both the base and lid of the Contre-Jour bento. The three stacked formats create an elegant solution for room service.
