Our website is designed to bring as much information as possible for our customers to make an enlightened choice. Only items bought on REVOL US website are entitled to be exchanged or returned, solely by mail. Please note the shipping fees of the original order are not refundable.
Within 7 days of reception, should you change your mind or be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the concerned item(s) at your expense, using a mailing method allowing tracking. Prior to shipping, please contact our customer service in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) explaining reason of your return. The original receipt or gift receipt, non-damaged original packaging and shipping box are compulsory to entitle the customer to a full refund. The refund will be made within 3 days after reception in our warehouse, by check or credit on the website.
Please carefully inspect your order at reception, in presence of the carrier. It is our policy to provide complete orders, free of factory defects. Damage can be mistaken with the result of hand craftsmanship. Should an item be missing or be damaged, please advise our customer service in writing (email@example.com) in the 48 hours following reception. Photos of damaged products will be requested. No return at REVOL’s expense will be accepted without prior written consent from our company. The original receipt or gift receipt, original packaging and shipping box are compulsory to entitle the customer to a replacement of the damaged product, and open a claim towards the carrier. Should the item be no longer available in stock, we will reimburse you. The same policy applies to items that have been wrongly added to your shipping: please advise our customer service.
Damaged items through normal wear are not eligible to the described return/exchange policy.
