The warm, deep mocha brown interior glaze contrasts with the raw ochre ceramic exterior. This ochre ceramic body, a secret and exclusive Revol formulation, contains 25% grog made from fired Revol porcelain that is ground and recycled, enhancing mechanical strength while revealing a distinctive mineral texture. Suitable for professional ovens, salamanders, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers, it meets the demands of intensive use.

Combined with the gourmet plate and the 21 cm flat plate in the same finish, it forms the Contre-Jour bento, designed particularly for room service. The three pieces fit together to transport, present and keep preparations at temperature with elegance.
