The natural, intense olive green interior glaze contrasts with the raw ochre ceramic exterior. This ochre ceramic body, a secret and exclusive Revol formulation, contains 25% grog made from fired Revol porcelain that is ground and recycled, enhancing mechanical strength while revealing a distinctive mineral texture. Suitable for professional ovens, salamanders, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers, it meets the demands of intensive use.

A version with either a glazed or raw ochre lid complements this 45 cl bowl. It can be used as an individual cocotte, keeping the dish at temperature while creating a reveal effect at the table.
