45 cl bowl with lid, designed as a small cocotte for cooking, reheating, keeping food at temperature and presenting an individual portion.

The soft, luminous almond green interior glaze contrasts with the raw ochre ceramic exterior. The lid retains the raw ochre finish. This ochre ceramic body, a secret and exclusive Revol formulation, contains 25% grog made from fired Revol porcelain that is ground and recycled, enhancing mechanical strength while revealing a distinctive mineral texture. Suitable for professional ovens, salamanders, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers, it meets the demands of intensive use.

The lid protects the preparation until it reaches the table and creates a reveal effect appreciated in both fine dining and room service.
