The white porcelain combines a raw exterior with an alabaster-white glazed interior. This matte-gloss contrast highlights the lines of the piece, while the non-porous material retains the performance expected in professional kitchens. Suitable for professional ovens, salamanders, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers, it meets the demands of intensive use.

Stackable for easy storage, this format is also available with a lid, in either a glazed or raw ochre version. It can then be transformed into a sugar bowl or mini cocotte to preserve and reveal its contents.
